Bake_Labb is an independent bakery based in Bristol, owned by Judy, a passionate baker from Hong Kong who moved to the UK in August 2022. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London, Judy specialises in cookies and cakes infused with delicate tea flavours.
Inspired by her love for tea culture, especially Japanese tea, Judy dreams of sharing the warmth of Asian traditions through her bakes. “There’s so much beauty in tea, yet it’s often overlooked,” she says. “We hope to bring a little piece of home to the UK, and spark curiosity about Asian culture.”
