So grateful to deFlorairy (and BakeLabb!) for helping make my wife’s birthday feel special on a Bank Holiday weekend. At the time, deFlorairy had a special collaboration with BakeLabb, which meant I could order both a dried flower bouquet and birthday cake together. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful — elegant, thoughtfully composed and made with obvious care. The cake was equally wonderful: light, delicious, perfectly flavoured and incredibly moreish, with a brilliant hidden mochi surprise. Everything was packaged beautifully and with great care. The collection from Fenix Coffee in Bristol was effortless, with easy parking and excellent coffee too, so much so that I bought some roasted beans to enjoy decent coffee at home! I had contacted several florists and bakers, but deFlorairy and BakeLabb were the ones replied quickly, made ordering completely seamless and came through when it mattered. I was also kept updated throughout the post-purchase phase with personal WhatsApp messages, which was a lovely touch. Genuinely grateful to these wonderfully talented artisans — beautiful work, thoughtful service and highly recommended.
