– Ready-to-Ship / Next-Day Dispatch Collection
Selected preserved flower domes, vase arrangements, and in-stock bouquets are available for next-day dispatch. These items are already prepared or partially pre-made, allowing faster processing while maintaining presentation quality.
Dispatch timeframe:
• Usually dispatched within 1 working day
• Orders placed after cut-off time may be dispatched the next working day
• Available for selected products only

– Standard Preserved Flower Bouquets
Most preserved flower bouquets are made-to-order to ensure freshness of preserved materials and styling consistency.

Each 3D Flower Canvas is a one-of-a-kind floral artwork that requires additional preparation time due to its handcrafted nature and design complexity. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services across the UK. As all arrangements are handcrafted and some items are made-to-order, dispatch time depends on the selected product and current order volume.
Please note that delivery dates are estimated based on courier service performance. While we will always do our best to meet your preferred delivery timeframe, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date unless the “Specific Date Guaranteed by 1pm” shipping option is selected.

Self-Collection
Our most economical delivery option (Free). Selected collection points are available within Bristol city centre, ideal for customers based in Bristol who are available to collect their order during lunch breaks or after working hours.
Please place your order at least 4 days in advance for flower arrangements, or 6 days in advance for Cake & Flowers Bundle orders.
– Cabot Circus Collection
Pick-up at Cabot Circus. Collection time will be arranged via WhatsApp. Ideal for customers working in Bristol city centre who prefer lunchtime or after-work collection.
– Bristol Hippodrome Collection
Pick-up outside the Starbucks next to Bristol Hippodrome. Available for Cake & Flowers Bundle orders only. Collection is usually arranged between 1–3pm via WhatsApp.
